On behalf of the Board of Directors, we’d like to welcome you to our community website.

 

Our Quail Meadow Community is located at Quail Street & 64th Place in Arvada, Colorado and is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but also located with shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Built in 1993, it consists of 40 patio homes designed to be governed by a homeowner’s association.

 

The Association maintains the common areas including:  lawns, shrubs, foliage, trees, rock areas, open space with benches, and a perimeter fence.   Also included with your monthly assessments are weekly trash removal, bi-weekly recycling, and snow removal over 2”.
